Our website shows our window blind products and lets you submit inquiries (Request a Quote). It is not an online store. No order is created by submitting an inquiry.

All content on this website — product photos, texts, logos, catalogs and designs — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by copyright.

4. Inquiries are not orders
When you submit an inquiry, we treat it as a request for information and a quote. It does not create a binding order.
All prices, quantities and terms are confirmed in a written Proforma Invoice (PI) that we send you. Our quotes may have a validity period, stated in the PI or in the email.
5. Product information
We work to keep product photos, sizes, colors and descriptions accurate. However:
- Fabrics may show slight color differences between batches and between screens
- Photos are for reference
The final product is confirmed against the samples and specifications we agree in writing.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted per PI
- Our prices for the same product are the same worldwide under FOB terms; we do not price by country
- Payment terms (such as deposit and balance) are stated in the PI or agreed in writing
7. Production and delivery
- Production lead times shown are estimates, not guarantees
- Shipping time is not included in production lead times
- The final schedule is confirmed per order
- We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, shipping lines or customs
8. Limitation of liability
Our website and products are provided on reasonable commercial terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
