When you submit an inquiry (Request a Quote), we ask for:

- Your company name, product quantities, target market and any message you add (optional)
- The products in your inquiry cart (product codes, names and quantities)
- Your preferred language and time zone
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical data:

- Browser type, operating system and device type
- Pages you visit and how long you stay
- The website that referred you to us
- A visitor ID and session ID
- A device fingerprint (a value generated from your device settings, used to recognise repeat visits)
- Country, region and city estimated from your IP address (via a third-party service, ip-api.com)
- Whether you accepted the cookie notice
We also use small local storage in your browser to remember:
- The products in your inquiry cart

- Whether you have seen the opening animation (so it only shows once)
