About This Product
The Cordless Fine Mesh Zebra Blind with Square Cassette is a cordless dual-layer shade with a built-in spring positioning system. A light touch on the aluminium bottom rail stops the blind at any height, and the enclosed aluminium square cassette covers the top roll completely. The deep-shading fine-mesh fabric combines even light diffusion with high privacy when the opaque bands are aligned. No cords are exposed, which removes looped-cord hazards. Fabric is 100% polyester fine mesh. MOQ is 1,000 pcs per pattern without color matching, or 2,500 pcs with color matching; lead time is 40-50 days; packing is 4-6 pcs per carton.

FAQ
Yes, products completely without accessible cords, chains, ropes, or loops are exempt from cord safety regulations in all five markets. However, note: 1) If the product is equipped with emergency cords or backup cords, those cords must still comply; 2) Motorized product remote controls or control devices are not subject to cord regulations but must meet electrical safety standards; 3) "Cordless" definitions vary slightly by market, it is recommended to ensure the product has completely no accessible cords.
For bedrooms where total darkness matters, blackout roller blinds or blackout honeycomb shades are the top choices. Zebra blinds offer adjustable light control but cannot achieve full darkness. Honeycomb shades add the best thermal insulation, which helps reduce energy costs in both winter and summer.
Honeycomb shades have significantly better thermal insulation than zebra blinds. Their unique honeycomb structure traps air in pockets, creating an insulating barrier between the window and the room. Zebra blinds are made of two layers of mesh fabric, which provides minimal insulation. For energy efficiency, honeycomb shades are the clear winner.
Roller blinds are generally easier to clean than zebra blinds. A single-layer roller blind fabric can be wiped down with a damp cloth or vacuumed with a brush attachment. Zebra blinds have two layers of mesh fabric with alternating solid and sheer stripes, which can trap dust in the gaps and require more careful cleaning. Both should avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.
There is no absolute "better", it depends on target market positioning and actual needs. Regular Mesh has high transparency, clear outdoor view, and lower cost, suitable for economy projects, mass market, and cost-sensitive bulk procurement. Fine Mesh has more refined visual effect, better privacy protection, and softer light, but higher cost, suitable for mid-to-high end projects, boutique hotels, high-end residential, and scenarios with high requirements for privacy and visual effect. When sourcing, choose the appropriate mesh type based on target customer group, budget, and application scenario, don't blindly pursue high-end.
