FAQ
For inside mount, measure the recess width at the top, middle and bottom and quote the smallest; measure the height at the left, center and right and quote the largest. The factory then deducts a small clearance automatically. For outside mount, add coverage on each side of the frame; outside-mount windows have no stock sizes and are quoted as custom. Always confirm the mount method before any sizing quote.
Ready-made (stock) blinds cover standard residential window sizes and carry a lower MOQ per run. Custom blinds are cut to the customer's exact opening and normally carry a higher MOQ, a longer lead time, and possible oversize or splicing surcharges. Stock the mainstream combos first; route older renovations, out-of-square openings and extra-large windows to custom.
Match the measured opening to the nearest ready-made width and height in the supplier's stock grid rather than rounding up blindly. If the opening does not fall on a stock size, or the recess depth is too shallow for inside mount, the window goes custom instead. State the measurement tolerance and any oversize or splicing surcharges on the quote so the buyer can price it back to their own customer.
Yes, we offer full customization including: custom sizes, custom fabric colors based on Pantone or sample, custom printing patterns, color-matched components, branded components with your logo, custom packaging (PP bags, shrink wrap, PET clear boxes, paper boxes), custom printed color cartons, hang tags, and private label with your brand name and instruction manuals.
Sunscreen blinds provide good daytime privacy when it is brighter outside than inside. The mesh fabric allows you to see out while limiting the view from outside in. However, at night when interior lights are on, the effect reverses — people outside can see in while your view out is reduced. For nighttime privacy, you may need an additional blackout layer or choose a tighter weave mesh.
